1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please open a support ticket under the Support section of your account portal with your order details and invoice. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method or wallet.
