2.3 Direct Seller
“Direct Seller” means an individual who has successfully registered or enrolled with the Company and is authorized, subject to the Company’s applicable agreements, policies, and Terms & Conditions, to promote and/or sell eligible products and participate in the Company’s Compensation Plan.
2.4 Customer
“Customer” means any individual or entity that purchases the Company’s products or services without necessarily participating in the Company’s Compensation Plan.
2.5 Personal Data
“Personal Data” means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data. This may include, where applicable, name, address, mobile number, email address, date of birth, photograph, PAN, Aadhaar details where lawfully collected and permitted, bank account details, GST-related information, nominee details, KYC information, and other information provided to or collected by the Company.
2.6 Financial and Verification Information
“Financial and Verification Information” means information such as bank account details, payment-related information, PAN, KYC documents, identity verification information, authentication information, and other data that may require enhanced security and protection under applicable law.
2.7 Business Information
“Business Information” means information relating to a Direct Seller’s business activities with the Company, including Direct Seller ID, sponsor details, team or network structure, sales records, order history, commissions, bonuses, incentives, rewards, Point Value (PV), Personal Point Value (PPV), Group Point Value (GPV), Matching Group Point Value (MGPV), transaction history, rank, qualification status, and other related business records.
2.8 Website and Mobile Application
“Website” and “Mobile Application” mean the official websites, mobile applications, portals, software platforms, and other digital systems owned, operated, managed, or officially authorized by JTD Global Pvt. Ltd.
2.9 Services
“Services” means the products, facilities, features, and services offered or facilitated by the Company, which may include product sales, e-commerce services, direct selling activities, Direct Seller management, customer support, training programs, promotional activities, and, where applicable and legally permitted, wallet-related features, utility payment services, and other services introduced by the Company from time to time.
2.10 Compensation Plan
“Compensation Plan” means the Company’s officially approved marketing and compensation structure, which may include Retail Profit, Direct Referral Commission, General Commission, Repurchase Commission, Leadership Bonus, incentives, rewards, recognition programs, and other benefits or earnings offered by the Company, subject to applicable eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, and policies.
2.11 Point Value (PV)
“Point Value” or “PV” means the value assigned by the Company to eligible products for the purposes of qualification and the calculation of commissions, bonuses, incentives, rewards, or other benefits under the Compensation Plan.
2.12 Processing
“Processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data, whether wholly or partly by automated means, including collection, recording, organization, storage, use, retrieval, sharing, disclosure, transmission, updating, retention, restriction, erasure, or deletion.
2.13 Third-Party Service Provider

Where a User registers or enrols as a Direct Seller, the Company may collect and maintain information relating to the Direct Seller’s business activities, including:
- Direct Seller ID;

- Product purchase and order history;
- Retail sales information;
- Commission, bonus, incentive, reward, and recognition details;
- Point Value (PV), Personal Point Value (PPV), Group Point Value (GPV), Matching Group Point Value (MGPV), and other qualification records;
- Rank and achievement status;
- Wallet and transaction history, where applicable; and
- Other information reasonably necessary for administering the Company’s Compensation Plan and direct selling operations.
3.5 Technical and Device Information
When a User accesses or uses the Company’s website, mobile application, or other digital platforms, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including:
- Internet Protocol (“IP”) address;
- Device type and device information;
- Browser type and version;
- Operating system;
- Login date and time;
- Device identifiers;

- Direct Seller or Customer ID and registration details;
- Sponsor, placement, team, and genealogy information;
- Rank, qualification, account status, and business performance records;
- PV, PPV, GPV, MGPV, and other applicable qualification records;
- Commission, bonus, incentive, reward, and Retail Profit records;
- Product orders, invoices, payments, shipping, delivery, returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellation details;
- Wallet and transaction records, where applicable; and
- Tax, accounting, and other statutory records.
5.2 Purpose of Processing
The Company may process such information for order fulfilment, calculation and payment of eligible earnings, verification of qualifications under the Compensation Plan, account and business administration, accounting and taxation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audits, internal analysis, and compliance with Applicable Law and Company policies.
5.3 Accuracy and Retention
Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The Company shall not be responsible for delays, payment failures, or other consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by a User, except to the extent otherwise required by Applicable Law.

- Registration, verification, and management of Customer and Direct Seller accounts;
- Processing orders, deliveries, returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds;
- Administering the Compensation Plan, including calculation and payment of commissions, bonuses, incentives, rewards, and Retail Profit;
- Verifying PV, PPV, GPV, MGPV, ranks, qualifications, and business achievements;
- Processing payments and fulfilling tax, accounting, KYC, and regulatory obligations;
- Providing customer support and resolving complaints and grievances;
- Sending transactional, security, service-related, training, and policy communications;
- Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, artificial business, and policy violations;
- Improving products, services, digital platforms, security, and User experience; and
- Sending marketing and promotional communications, subject to Applicable Law and User preferences or consent, where required.
The Company shall process information only to the extent reasonably necessary for lawful business purposes and shall not sell Personal Data, except where otherwise expressly permitted or required under Applicable Law.
